"This hotel is in a perfect location in the Gothic quarter. Before we arrived the hotel sent us information on how to request pillows, linen preference and queen bed, very communicative! All staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant Caelis, superb! We used Expedia to purchase and 2 days in asked us if everything was good and had the hotel provided welcome amenity, or upgrade on room? We think our room was perfect with a view of the Cathedral, but no amenity. Next day...

"Staff are superb, we felt right at home every time we walked through the doors. The rooms are kept at a high standard but be prepared for what you pay for. Rooms are definitely smaller than what you’re used to, but you can always upgrade. Also, expect an extra tourism fee per night. "

"The staff was great, the room was good, but the room next to ours was being renovated. We could not hang out in our room I between touring and we were woken up to it a couple of mornings. The Hotel/staff should have offered us a free breakfast or a free few drinks at the rooftop bar. It should have been acknowledged. "

"The elevator is not operated by card, you can go to whatever floor, taking into account the hotel terrace in top is publicly used, there are bunch of tourists from noon till 10pm constantly using the two tiny elevators, often stopping and looking at the floors in between too. The tv didn’t work, room service menu is only on the tv. I was suggested I should just go to restaurant. Doors are not sealed a giant gap along the entire highlt of the door between the door and its frame. I saw 3 rooms...
