"The greeter Marc was very helpful and kind. The breakfast is convenient and good and the service there was also good. Dani and other women in reception at the checkout were great. They reserved the taxi for us."

"The room was comfortable, but it was clearly outdated. The bathroom cabinets were damaged, the bathtub was old and worn, and the furniture looked aged and in need of replacement. In addition, the TV did not work during our stay.
What surprised us the most was that the rooftop pool was closed at 12:00 p.m. during the summer, apparently due to a decision made by the new hotel manager. It was very disappointing, as the rooftop pool is one of the hotel’s main attractions, and closing it at midday...

"The property located at the center of Barcelona. The shopping plaza, buses and luxury stores just in the walking distance. Very convenient. I really liked the breakfast, however, I missed oatmeal that they didn’t have. Overall, nice hotel."

"Fantastic stay! The front desk staff was welcoming and quick to check us in. Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable kids loved the bunk beds . Wi-Fi was fast. The location is within a five-minute walk to the main plaza and local restaurants. Breakfast spread was delicious! Perfect base for exploring the city! wonderful stay from check in to check out. Highly recommend!!"
