I absolutely loved staying at this property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Anas and his colleagues were super delightful. I would recommend H10 cubik and all of H10 hotels to friends and family. Thank you, again to H10 staff for all of their help and ensuring we had the most comfortable stay.

The front desk and staff was very friendly. The spoke English well. Hotel is a little old. Elevator was slow. Location was great! We were able to walk to many attractions near by.

Perfect location! Close to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. The hotel itself was beautiful and felt very classy. Highly recommend this hotel in Barcelona!

The hotel lobby area itself is nice but the rooms are less than desirable. They look like they were nice when they first opened, but now they are run down. The furniture was scuffed, mattress stained, walls scuffed, drapes stained. There was a big dent in the wall that looked like was from previous water damage and was repaired poorly. The weirdest thing was when we came back to our room to find our shower heads missing. They came to put them back once we called but couldn’t tell us why they were missing. The staff at the front desk was always very friendly.

PROS: Great location, nice staff, and very clean! CONS: HOTEL DOES NOT HONOR EXPEDIA VIP REWARDS PERKS!!! Very upsetting since I messaged them in advance asking them to confirm that they honor the FREE room upgrade VIP perk since I saw a handful of reviews stating that they do not. The hotel messaged me back saying that it us subject to availability but they will document my request. Upon arrival, we asked about the VIP upgrade perk and they stated that they have upgraded rooms available but it will be an "upgrade, upgrade for an additional charge of $30 euros per night" So yeah, it's NOT free which pissed me off since I book my stays with hotels that offer the Expedia VIP perks. I could have booked our stay at a dozen other VIP properties in the same area so that was disappointing. They also did not give us the free drink perk at check in. We had to go back down and ask how it works, if we just go up to the rooftop bar and order or what... the front desk staff then said that his colleague gave us the VIP drink cards at check in (we didn't get this) which he then didn't believe us & hesitated. So first, no free room upgrade now they are gaslighting us on receiving the drink cards. Nice! ROOF TOP STAFF: The gentleman working the terrace was very, very rude. We went to the rooftop an hour before close and he kicked us out saying the bar was closed. We literally just wanted to sit and enjoy the evening views... and there were other tables still seating and ordering drinks =(

Beautiful hotel and room, the staff went above and beyond. The front desk was very helpful with recommendations, reservations, and directions. The buffet breakfast offered extensive selections or you could order off the menu, great service. The rooftop lounge has spectacular views a full bar with excellent service. Thank you H10!

Mission Accomplished - Guest Satisfaction
This is a hotel that knows its purpose. Everything is designed for the guest, and it shows. Many hotels are designed for a designer, and the staff is more interested in their cell phones than the guests, but this is a hotel focused on its mission and it shows.

A really good hotel
Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, especially Frank at the front desk who was kind enough to let us have a late check-out. Great location. Nice to have a terrace with a view of Sagrada Familia. Spacious room. Free sweets / candy in the lobby. Trendy bars.

We were provided with a room with a window facing the internal corridor area, i.e. no city views as advertised ( no access to natural light) and instead of a room upgrade as per VIP perks we were told that even though they have availability for an upgrade we would have to pay for it ( at a discounted rate off cause of E10 less per night, wow, what a deal)

I had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child - age 17 on Expedia for this property. Even though there was no option to choose the age of my son as a baby, they said I selected that it would be 2 adults and a baby and that there was no other place for him to sleep. I was required to purchase another room. Very frustrated at both Expedia and the hotel for not handling this. This was the second time I have stayed at the hotel but will be the last.

The hotel has very elegant design! The room we stayed as a family of three was very comfortable and sound proof, so we could not hear the street noise and slept well. Bed was very comfortable. Our breakfast was included and breakfast options were just wonderful with great service. Food was delicious and fresh every day of our 8 days stay. Nadia at the market cafe was great providing us with freshly made coffee daily. Everyone at the market cafe offered outstanding service. What a great and hard working team! Front desk personnel was very polite and answered all our questions. Room was cleaned daily. Roof top of the hotel offers great view and selection of drinks. We had dinner there once (poke bowl) and it was delicious. Hotel is located in a great area in the center of the city and is very close to the Barcelona Cathedral, you can walk to the beach and other attractions the city has to offer. Great stay! I highly recommend this hotel!

Let me start by thanking the staff. All of them are incredibly professional and attentive to your needs. The hotels is located close to many attractions. 10 minutes from plaça Cataluña, Ramblas, cathedral and a plethora of great restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel is very fairly priced too. Try their roof top bar. Tasty tapas and plenty of drink options.

Amazing location. One-two blocs away of the turistic spots like the old and gothic quarters, ramblas, plaza catalunya, etc. You will be close enough to everything but not too close to be in the overcrowded areas. Hotel is very clean, silent, has a friendly staff and has cool shared areas.

Did not receive any upgrade with the VIP benefit. Was allocated a room on first floor which was right next door to rooms that wew being renovated so was awoken every morning with banging and drills coming from the adjoining room.
