"Room was clean, staff was excellent couldn’t be much better, breakfast was great!! sausage, omelettes on some mornings, or scrambled eggs or fried eggs, waffles, orange juice, and apple juice. they kept everything well stocked even up till almost quitting time If you’re planning on grilling bring your own grilling tools and charcoal. Hot tub and pool were great!!"

"When I go to Yuma, I stay here. It used to be a chain of some sort, but the owners are now independent. They do a great job of keeping the place clean and modern. The breakfast is good for self-serve and they have a free happy hour. There is a grill station if you want to eat in. I didn't use the pool, but it is large and attractive. Kids would love it. And the prices are reasonable. Yuma is overflowing with hotels and more are being built. This place is a reason to try an independent operator."

"The room was clean however the overstuffed chair was dirty , the air conditioner was loud room had a misty smell . Staff was nice and friendly however got woken up 6:30an by upstairs room 2nd floor above us since I was in the first floor, sound like gymnastic or bounce park . We had got in late the night before how can people not have consideration of others I understand having kids contained a small area for a few hours can get a little boring ,but be mindful of others. I didn’t call guest...

"The ac unit worked very well. And the shower was excellent. The sweetener. Packets had dried coffee splattered all over them for 3 days. The trash can lid was finally cleaned after I complained on the 3rd day. Had days left on reservation and couldn’t take it any longer, ask for a refund and couldn’t not get one! Never again!"
