"Mi domando come abbia 4 stelle questo hotel. Per fortuna era solo una notte. La camera era fatiscente, ragnatele e un ragno caduto sul letto, il bagno si commenta dalle foto. "BEWARE - Upon check in, the receptionist tried to charge a BIG extra "cleaning fee" saying rates don't include it! I pulled up the booking and all the T&C's and pushed back hard. Of course that was not a valid extra charge. Then she took a mandatory GIANT deposit for a 3 night stay. Hotels.com won't ..."

"It was a really dirty apartment. Mold. The air conditioning is in the bathroom so it was not nice to get in there in the morning. The size of the apartment was not correct. The bed in the bedroom is really hard."
