"What a thoroughly lovely hotel. All areas immaculate, staff super helpful, calm,friendly and efficient. Likely stems from excellent leadership by the family owners. 3 brothers all hands on, run a fantastic place. On my husbands birthday during our week they left nice bottle prosecco, card and 2 glasses. On leaving we were given large bottle of the hotel olive oil. Location is perfect for exploring east side Lake Garda being halfway north and south. Bus stop on road just steps away and lovely...

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and so helpful, particularly Matteo on reception - nothing was too much trouble for him as I had a few issues organising my journey home. Super location.Breakfast excellent. My only issue was the people next doorwho were very noisy, but there was not a lot to be done about that. Would definitely stay again and recommend. I was a solo traveller so the ambience and helpfulness of the staff was very important to me. Thank you so much."

"Hotel room was in a deteriorating condition. Shower equipment is broken, low water pressure even with very few guests. Wi-Fi in the room had a very low reception and was unusable."

"Well located for the centre of town. Hotel is well priced and offers fair facilities for money. Free parking, breakfast satisfactory if nothing special. Hotel has no lift which means either 2 or 3 flights of stairs to climb to rooms. Overall if you want a well located hotel at a fair price then the Taormina may well suit you. Just don't expect anything out of the ordinary."
