"Cons: This is a tired boutique-ish hotel. The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair.
Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. The hot tub had good jets, but would timeout within 15 minutes. The balcony offered excellent...

"La habitación y ubicación muy buenas, pero hay muchos ruidos: de agua por las tuberías de otros cuartos, del aire acondicionado encendiéndose, el carrito de limpieza rodando por el pasillo. Deben solucionar eso."

"Beautiful, updated and clean hotel. Good room size. Perfect location. Staff were all very professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good with delightful coffee and servers.
We liked the stocked free minibar. I recommend taking the car service to the airport that is booked by the hotel. Worth the slightly higher price.
Had a wonderful time in Rome"

"The staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful in every way requested.
Our room was clean, the bathroom fixtures were all updated and working well. Shower water was hot. It was late October and the heat was on in the room, that was very nice. There are espresso makers in the rooms, Nespresso, with pods restocked every morning.
The hotel keeps a list of good, vetted restaurants in the area. We tried three of them and all were good.
The hotel is very well located. it’s one block from the Grand...
