"My family and I stayed there for one night as we were to leave on a flight early the next morning but the staff was extremely nice and pleasant and helped us with all the questions and getting a taxi very early in the morning. Es ist modern eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts, das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und das neue Bett sehr bequem. Wir hatten auf Rat das größere Zimmer "WOW" Zimmer Nr. 428, zum Innenhof und sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstuck ist sehr gut. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Smeraldo. We arrived before noon. The hotel offered to hold our luggage until the room was ready. Staff offered us coffee during the check in process.
