"Really nice staff who offered to keep my dog’s food cold in their refrigerator. We were well greeted and they gave me good nearby food recommendations. The main floor had a bit of a not so great smell and the room was pretty small but it was clean and I got a good night sleep. They also let me check out 30 minutes late. Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses).
