"Ibamos con un niño de 18 meses y su carro, maletas etc
El ascensor estaba estropeado ya el primer dia de llegar, nos alojan en 3 planta. Nos dicen que dentro de dos dĂ­as estarĂĄ listo. El segundo dia cambian el cartel y la fecha. Se alarga 2 dĂ­as mas, es decir, el jueves..el miĂ©rcoles la misma historia, cambian el cartel y ya es el lunes cuando dicen, va estar arreglado. 5 dĂ­as subiendo y bajando el carro a peso muerto. Nos dicen que no es posible cambiar la habitaciĂłn y no ponen ningĂșn...

"Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour en famille Ă  l’hĂŽtel Les Acanthes situĂ© a quelques mĂštres du lac. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli par le responsable qui en plus d’ĂȘtre trĂšs agrĂ©able est trĂšs professionnel. Tout le personnel est au petit soin ce qui donne l’impression d’ĂȘtre un hĂŽte privilĂ©giĂ©. La chambre que nous occupions Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et confortable. L’hĂŽtel ayant Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© il y a peu, la dĂ©coration est moderne et Ă©lĂ©gante. Nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter !"

"pool was nice, but first they don't want to give a hairdryer. The cabaret was very dirty. The room are big. First look was verry nice but not clean and for a 4* hotel to put the blanket by my self on and off and to clean the room and to carry the rubbisch by self out. This is not a 4 Star hotel!!! The Pillow and blanket was full of yellow ugly spots. if you dont do it its cost extra 150 Euros. The Babybed was not ready. She did not bring it up or give me a hand to help.
