"The staff are very very rude. The bathroom sink was leaking so they changed the room for us and the second room they gave us the ceiling was leaking. No towels no room service. And there was no ice in the fridge of the second room I asked the receptionist to send some ice in a bucket she told me to go buy a 7lb ice pack and I don’t need 7lb of ice for a 3 night hotel. "Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"We stayed in a three bedroom townhouse. There was a bathroom for each bedroom. It had the hardwood floors, not carpet!! We had our grands and they loved it also. My daughter says we will definitely come back!!! Loved it!!!"

Even other travelers that were adults did not understand. He literally stood over my children while they swam. For this, I will not be back."
