"Hotel is walking distance to the Zurich HB with a lot of food options in the station itself or along the way. If you follow all the checkin/out instructions, everything should be seamless. We feel safe having to key in room codes before entering the property/elevator/room. The neighborhood also looks safe but we always go back before dusk, not sure how it is outside when nighttime sets in. "Modern apartment in a prime central location with easy access to trains and buses. The one-bedroom layout was spacious enough for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked, and having a laundry room in the basement was a big plus. "Absolutely outstanding, the service and friendliness was 5/5. The team were so helpful and kind and they helped in every way possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible and there was nothing we wouldn’t do for us. We had the only room with a balcony and 3 windows which was perfect. Just be aware that it is a noisy area so it is hardly quiet but this was not an issue for us as we were out and about 12+hours a day and shattered everyday. The bed was perfect. Highly recommend this...
