"It was clean and the staff offered to help with any bags or see us to our room. We stayed one night on our way through town. This is an old building. It was exactly what we expected and needed. If you want a new hotel this is not it. You will be disappointed. However, it is quiet, worn but clean, cozy, and very convenient at a very reasonable price."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kenmuir Arms hotel. Located in a wee picturesque village we found the staff friendly and accommodating. Room one was very clean with a very comfortable king-sized bed and the shower had great water pressure. "This was a great find for our party of 6 and in an excellent location in Girvan. The accommodation was wonderful with well furnished spacious rooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Lovely area for walking and for golf. The only slight negative were the mattresses which could have been firmer."
