"Good location, but unfortunately a very disappointing stay. The air conditioning did not work in either of the two rooms we had. We reported the issue and asked for a fan. The person who received us said he would see if he could find one, but he never came back with one and never followed up. I understand that things can break, and sometimes a problem cannot be fixed immediately. What was most frustrating was the way the situation was handled. "There was noting unique about the property or the service or amenities. The room facing the street was very noisy and they turn off the AC from the main control at night so the room was hot!! Staff was not very helpful providing direction or suggestion. I definitely won’t stay here."

"We arrived around 8 pm. The downside is there's no one to talk to any time of day. We did not get the room we booked and it was a different address/building as well. We were never informed of any change. Needless to say it's difficult enough to get access to your room if you have been given the incorrect address and incorrect lodging. Eventually after about 30 minutes trying to locate it in the dark after more than 24 hours of traveling across the world we found it. It was less than enjoyable."

"I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! Location is so central and you can reach the old town in 7 minutes on foot. The room was beautiful and spotless. Very spacious. Air con worked perfectly. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. What made it special was the wonderful staff who went out of the way to make us comfortable. Big shout out to Raphaela, Alessia and Norberto. Thank you so much for looking after us. You were amazing! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Parking extremely challenging… help desk was helpful with check- in. It initially was not a smooth process. Bed was comfortable and location was great. Paid triple the price of my original choice for this hotel, perhaps it was upgraded room, not sure… Overall, nice stay."
