We never met anyone as everything was done via codes and through the Expedia app. We found it cumbersome to have to use the app to access the 3 codes every time we returned to the hotel. The tv didn’t work properly and the desk chair meds to be replaced. Good location

L’emplacement est vraiment bien, proche de tout! Le seul problème c’est que dans la salle de bain il n’y avait pas de store ou de rideau, et il y avait de la construction dans le building d’à côté. Nous avons vu des gens qui regardaient…. Soyez avisés.

We found parking on the street and only stayed overnight, we were told the parking garage was 20 minute walk and would have been more $. Had trouble connecting to check in. But directions were easy and they answered my what’s app messages quickly when I had questions! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Intanto entrare è un rebus, se arrivi fuori orario. Per ritardo dell'aereo sono arrivato a mezzanotte e non riuscivo a entrare. Ho lasciato un messaggio in segreteria per avere aiuto: siamo al giorno dopo, ho lasciato la struttura (sono entrato grazie alla disperazione del sonno che avevo) ed ancora devo essere chiamato. In bagno tante confezioni di shampoo ma nessuna saponetta: per fortuna le avevo con me, dono di peecedenti alberghi più generosi. Per il resto, la camera era pulita, come anche le lenzuola ed il letto era confortevole. Presente un vero Phon, non quei giocattoli presenti, in genere, negli alberghi, attaccati allo specchio. Dovrebbero, secondo me, essere "più presenti", se uno è in difficoltà.

The drawers are managed through and email link that you have to refresh all the time. There was a learning curve as this is the first place that I’ve been doesn’t have anyone on site they can help you. I arrived on a Sunday and did call the helpline, but didn’t get an answer. Fortunately, there was another guest that helped me out.

Ohne handy geht gar nichts. Parken ist schwierig, ein Parkhaus in der nähe verlangt 40 Euro für 24 Stunden. Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist super.

No parking affiliated with the property, not even a paid garage. No front desk, just WhatsApp. Staff logs off at 6pm. There is an emergency phone number where you can leave a voicemail but you can’t speak to a person. The water was shut off and I left several voicemails sent emails and WhatsApp messages. Expedia was very helpful but couldn’t reach them either. They helped me switch hotels at midnight and offered me compensation so that I didn’t have to pay extra for the second room. It’s a shame there is no management for these rooms because it’s a perfect location. The staff was very apologetic the day after.

Absolutely not recommended! The rooms are below average with no comfort at all. Trash collection starts early in the morning, followed by supermarket deliveries, and tourist noise continues until 2 AM. Unbearable from start to finish — the worst stay in Bari.

Soggiorno a Bari

Ottima posizione, centrale rispetto ai servizi in città e molto prossima a Bari vecchia (centro storico). Purtroppo il check-in va fatto in un'altra posizione in città in luogo trafficato con difficoltà di parcheggio. La stanza ha vecchie finestre con vetri singoli che la rendono poco isolata termicamente (freddina...) e rumorosa. Inoltre, lo scaldabagno per l'acqua calda sanitaria alimenta evidentemente altre stanze poichè si attiva rumorosamente in vari momenti della notte.

Perfect location close the old town and walkingdistance to railwaystation. A lot of traficnoise. Nice to have boiler and fridge. An absolut OK stay, but the room was a bit shaddy though clean. Probably an old apartment cheaply rebuild to rooms. Save the link that you get in mail, to be able to open gate, apartment and room! Openingroutine works perfectly. No staff except cleaning.

L’hôtel est bien situé. En revanche, l’entrée dans l’immeuble a été catastrophique. N’ayant pas la clé ni de code pour entrer dans l’immeuble impossible d’y accéder. On est resté plus d’une demi heure devant la porte à sonner à l’interphone et personne ne répondait. D’un coup, la porte s’est ouverte et nous avons pu entrer. J’ai envoyé des messages par la suite pour avoir la fameuse clé. On m’a répondu de manière condescendante au bout d’une heure. Pour finalement me dire qu’il y a une boîte à clé à côté de la chambre. Clé trouvée. Les mails envoyés avec les liens ne fonctionnent pas. Sans parler du numéro de téléphone qui ne fonctionnait pas également. Peut être parce qu’on était un samedi soir… Bref…chambre confortable mais douche casse-gueule avec deux petites marches pour en sortir.

very convenient for station and ferry terminal. Please be aware though, this is a very noisy hotel so don't book if you are a light sleeper. The window was single glazed and the room overlooks a very busy street that seemed to be the epicentre of local nightlife with crowds in the street and live music from nearby bars. Had a slightly strange check-in experience - this hotel has no reception and says they email you instructions in advance. I never got the instructions and was lucky that I arrvied while the cleaner was there and she actually let me in and gave me my room key
