"It was a lovely property and we had a great time. Location was great, very close to Lagos old town and we walked there every day. Also close to a supermarket which was convenient. Staff were extremely helpful as we were arriving quite late and they helped to arrange for us to get into our room, and officially check in the following morning. The property was well maintained and very clean with a pool and bar areas. Our room was spacious as well."

"What an excellent property . The staff were friendly and welcoming . We really connected with a gentleman who exhibited excellent customer service . "Very helpful and personable staff, from housekeeping, ground and pool staff, entertainment and reception. Very clean on all aspects. Plenty of space, no crowding. No rush in the early morning to grab a pool chair. Very organized and everyone is equal."

"When we check-in to our room, they had some complimentary cookies and sweets for us on tge table which was covered with a glass lid. The next day we found lots of ants crawling in our room’s wall, table, suitcases and all over those sweets. They had letters in the rooms to let guests know about the issue and appointment that they have with pest control company to do their sprays the same day! We reported the issue to management and asked them to get a hold of the pest control company...

"Incredible experience. Great bar food. Very clean. They were still putting decals on the windows. The staff were kind, bright and attentive. Enjoyed our stay very much. Centrally located to the heart of the town. Just a great property for a good family vacation! Surrounded by incredibly beautiful beaches. The main beach is a10 minute walk but worth every minute. Cool, clear water and beautiful sand complete with a secluded lagoon!"

"The hotel is located a little farther from the center, but that’s something that travelers should know. The building was awkwardly accessible walking through the pool and everyone in it, but other than that it was still accessible. The room was mainly clean, the curtains were a little dirty, but it really isn’t a big deal as you spend the day out and about. Staff was kind and accommodating."

"It was an absolute fantastic day. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful if and when anything was ever required. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. An extremely well kept establishment right next to the beach Location. It was also centrally located at the main strip of Portimao. Fantastic service all round.
