"This property is an amazing resort. The building is stunning, overlooking the mountains. The property has about 5 bars and several restaurants, a spa and inside and outside pool, a gym with tennis etc. They have everything you need - to do nothing. With a huge fireplace in the lobby, there’s room for many to sit. The staff is beyond genuine and helpful. I can’t say enough good about this location. It’s located within a few miles of the Biltmore estate – which is not to be missed. We will return one day in the fall, to enjoy a different season at the Omni in Asheville."

"Valet drivers drove our car a bit too fast and also had another valet employee in the vehicle. I don’t like the fact that the Hotel doesn’t assume any liability if guests vehicles are damaged while their vehicles are valet which in my opinion gives the employees an opportunity to get away with risky driving"
