"The room and bathroom was clean. This is an older hotel that’s perfect for a traveler looking to just book somewhere affordable and not too far from the city. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. "

"The AC and heating didn't work in our room. The room thermostat didn't work resulting in the AC blowing constantly. When we asked the hotel to warm things up, it turned off the AC and the room became unbearably hot. The shower faucet moved away from the wall. We learned on our arrival the 7th floor was under renovation and the rooftop pool, bar and gym were not available. Overall, a bad experience. We will not be going back there."

"Everything was awesome! Corey especially was super helpful and kind! Loved the staff, the hotel itself, how close it is to bourbon Street and everything. Even helped us get a taxi back to the airport. Thank you so much! Next time we come back to the French quarter we are Def staying here again."

"We enjoyed the clean rooms. The staff were great as well. We didn’t have a car and they charge us the car rates. We told the staff and they corrected it when we left. The morning breakfast was too much for what you get. The pool was lousy with two lounge chairs thrown in."
