"The sister hotel doubletree was closed for refurbishment so the pool/splash pad/restaurants on that side were not in service. Dissappointing as we were not informed of this during booking with expedia. Due to it being closed- the guests from that side came to our side resulting in long waiting times and busy buffet meals. Staff were rushed. Rooms are dated, and furniture looks tired. Outdoor lazy river was only highlight."
