"Great valet service although I walked to my car instead of valet when I took it out. Either way, the valet staff was extremely helpful and courteous! Shuttle driver Jason was super good guy and deserves a raise. Extremely professional and courteous. Rooms are nice although the air conditioning is poor. Room extremely hot all night. Bar tender in lobby was rude. Hotel is outside of Lexington, no way to walk to downtown from hotel."

"This hotel is in a great location. It was a really clean room and very big. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be, they don't validate your parking, so I had to pay $22 a night even though I was staying at the hotel. I feel like the room cost plenty without having to pay for a parking spot as well."

"The website nor does the small print says anything about a deposit required (which you must use a credit card). The only charge certain people depending on what you use and how far away you are the deposit. No breakfast. Also if you order DoorDash or any delivery service it has to be left at the front desk they won’t let it be delivered to your room."
