This was a complete surprise at check-in and felt very misleading. On top of that, I was later charged $15 for “dirty towels,” which makes no sense—towels are meant to be used and cleaned by the hotel. Charging guests for normal use is unreasonable. Hidden fees and unexpected charges like these make the experience stressful and untrustworthy. I would not recommend staying here unless they become more transparent about their policies."
