Pool was closed, we weren’t informed. 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth for 2 guests, the rooms weren’t even decorated as seen in the online pictures. . No tissues, paper towels in the room or bathrooms in the building. Overall not what we saw in pictures at all! Bathroom amenities were lacking. Several hair conditioners, no body lotion. Sadly didn’t take any pictures. "

"My family and I loved it. Staff very helpful and nice. Close to restaurants,shopping and historic sites. The only downside was no hot water. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, beds were comfortable had a little couch, kitchen and one bathroom. Overall my family and I enjoyed it and will come again."

"The pictures on this property need to be updated!! Long black hair all over the tile floors, broken blinds, trash and dirty linens in the halls, dirt just swept into a pile in the hall. No hot water. Cleaning seemed to consist of heavily spraying Lysol over the floors since the smell of Lysol was overwhelming and the tile floors were slick (and stayed that way). The young man who greeted us was pleasant and tried his best but he was apparently the only employee on the property. "

"The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. "
