"Hotel room was very clean and staff were great! Pool was beautiful and deserves a five star review. The beach was also well maintained and lovely. Many hidden fees when we arrived left a bad taste in our mouths as well as a very terrible meal in which we waited 2 hrs for inedible food that wasn’t what we ordered and then it was not made right by management. There were only two restaurants open and no reservations for two weeks. We would hope that a hotel advertised as this luxury could do better...

"Great location, 3 blocks from the beach, great restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice and air conditioning worked well. Shared kitchen needs a deep clean. Bugs visible during the day. Device on roof of our room was loud and starts up every hour or so kept waking us up at night."

"This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! We actually booked for the lounge net area, and it did not disappoint!! **Downfalls [we understand that somethings are out of anyones control so more of a FYI] -There was nothing "comfy" about the house. "The Stay was amazing overall! The customer service was impeccable, everyone was so kind! The property itself is vast and private -- VERY SAFE (there is a security gate you have to sign in just to get to the property). The pools were amazing, the beach is more so to tan on and appreciate the view. The sand is grainy and there's seaweed and the actual water is dangerous with riptides. The resort was extremely clean and not a single bug in site. I think this place is better for a shorter stay as...

"The facility was in great condition. Pools were ideal for both adults and our grandchildren. A good choice of eating locations plus super friendly and efficient staff."

"Parking can be a hit or miss, amenities were great, definitely better than the other hostels I stayed at in PR. Staff was okay, didn’t get my check in instructions until after my check in time which made me worried if I was confirmed or not. Beds were comfy and the privacy curtains are really appreciated"
