After a long flight, I Upon my arrival to the building, there was no check in, it was a security person at a desk. She was rude and demanding. The guard’s main concern was obtaining/demanding a photo of my...

"Lobby & eating areas were clean. Breakfast was decent. View from room was basic. There is hot water, an iron board and iron. Room has a full length mirror. Staff was very helpful and patient with us as non spanish speakers. Room was spacious enough for 2. Located close to restaurants/cafes.
Noted concern: marks on bed linens as if it was dirty. Sheets/pillowcases weren't changed after they were advised. We stayed for 6 nights. Though room service visited daily, towels weren't always changed."
