The hotel was lovely in a beautiful place and great views all round. We were upgraded which was great and the room was clean, great quality, comfortable and spacious. All the staff were very lovely and professional. The pool and sauna area was nice but I would say not to book this hotel for that ...

OYO Imperial Hotel
Everything was in an odd state of disrepair. Everything seemed stale and old. Carpet covered in stains and musty. We were asked for a £50 deposit on arrival that wasn’t mentioned when booking. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order so that was nice.

Norbreck Castle Hotel Blackpool
Tired, dirty and cramped. Online check in pointless, you still have to join the massive queue. Half the 'attractions' of the hotel shut. No ironing board or iron in room, you have to pay DESPITE THIS BEING ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH THE ROOM. Bed was acceptable... A bit lumpy and some questionable ...
