"Good location with a downtown trolley bus stopping right outside. Clean and tasteful rooms. The receptionist Gabriel went above and beyond being helpful. Good value for money motel that l would stay at again if l go overnight to Eureka Springs."

"The hotel is showing its wear and tear bathrooms. Weren’t all that clean. There was never enough hot water. I couldn’t even fill up the bathtub to take a bath the usual muffins juice something like that but the best part is that the staff is just unbelievably helpful I couldn’t find my phone after we left and we came back to get it and the girls went and looked everywhere for me. "Very nice place to stay. Staff were excellent. The burgers in the balcony restaurant were outstanding. The shuttle service was very good. We parked our car upon arrival and didn’t use it the whole time we were there. We walked or used the shuttle for the places we wanted to go."
