"Beautiful area! Great hotel with great amenities and lots of shopping and dining in walking and close driving distance. Just off the highway, easy to get to. My only recommendation would be to lower the cost of parking and make payment easier, ie, adding it to the room, paying at reception, rather than with QR codes that have to constantly be filled in and was inflexible with changing times. Also, the laundry was expensive to use and inconvenient as you have to use quarters only. Otherwise, we loved it!"

"Booked room week prior and when we checked in was put in a queen size beed room instead of a double queen. When we went to the restroom their was pee already in the toilet. I called and requested a room change and she said she has one more room with a king but coulnt change us asfter saying their was no rooms available. When moved to the 2nd room next day afyer hosekepping was done. The shower was dirty had some kind of sand like substance on the tub as well with weed crumbs by the coffee machine. Expected alot more out of this hotel. "

"Our family enjoyed a one-night stay at the EVEN hotel, and it was superb. Super clean, front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. There isn't a pool, but there is a very nice gym and flex room for younger kids to enjoy. The location is great given it's in a very busy area. It is not effected at all by traffic, although our stay was during the week. Super close and convenient to the Battery, which is where we frequented during our short stay. We would happily book here, again."
