"This is a 3–4 star hotel. The staff is not very helpful. There is basically no staff on the beach to get your towels and chairs. The service on the staff are not adequate."

"Could get most alcoholic drinks. There was a wait sometimes at the pool bar to get our mixed drinks. I think the had to get them from the main bar. Always served with a smile"

"Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you!
(First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!"

"La habitación no tiene TV y el aire solo se puede ocupar después de las 5 pm lo bueno es que la propiedad está frente a la playa. El desayuno necesita mas cantidad y variedad. "
