The rooms need renovation. The doors to the bathroom and shower do not close properly, we had to put folded paper under the door just to keep it shut. There was no hot water in the sink (although there was hot water in the shower). We tried running the water for a long time, but it never warmed up.
We stayed at the hotel for 6 days and paid for breakfast for all of them. What a disgrace. Only during the last two days did they start making omelets. For the first four days, they only put out boiled eggs, which were taken very quickly. People were literally hunting for them, as this was the only source of protein. Everything else can hardly be called healthy food.
It was the first time I’ve seen food being cut into such tiny portions -especially in a 5-star hotel: mandarins were divided into segments, each waffle was cut into five pieces, sausages were chopped into 2 cm pieces, etc.
Only during the last two days did they start clearing tables during breakfast. For four days, everyone had breakfast surrounded by dirty plates.
The pool is advertised as being heated year-round, but the water is ice-cold; only a few people dare to swim. In addition, the hotel is positioned in such a way that the pool area gets sunlight only a couple of times a day for about one to one and a half hours. That is not enough for the water to warm up.
When choosing this hotel, I would also recommend noting that there are no balconies.
Pros: attentive staff, especially the reception team.
