"Best place ever, clean, organized, stuff are so nice, food is just espectacular. The común areas really nice, the pools are great, very service oriented, the area consists accommodating people. JUST THE BEST "

"Generally good. Rooms small but pleasant and well furnished. Bathroom and shower very good. Clean hotel, reasonable basic facilities (gym, small pool, breakfast room). Adequate breakfast. Personally I hate being escorted to my room and shown where the lightswitch is and various other obvious features of the room - i also dislike the demand that my small rucksack is taken off me at checkin to be carried up by the concierge. Small thing - but you are required to be 'tagged' on checkin with a plastic strip around the wrist which you cannot take off even for, sleeping, showering, going out for dinner etc. In thousands of hotels around the world, I have never been required to be tagged - especially with something on my wrist which my face lies on while sleeping. At nightclubs for a few hours, yes, but not simply to spend some nights in a hotel room in a hotel with nice, but very basic facilities."

"The breakfast was very repetitive in the buffet, the room housekeeping was amazing the pool staff and pool bar staff were top notch. My only complaint is the construction of repairing ceramic tiles at 8am when we were trying to sleep. This happened multiple mornings and was very inconvienent when you are trying to rest "

"I requested a quiet room. Very loud. They put right across the hall from the housekeeping closet. Housekeeping worked out of there past sundown. Music loud enough to shake the 12th floor was playing by the pool until 10 pm. Had to call the front desk and ask them to turn it down. Housekeeping threw away things that I was still using, like a half full bottle of water. Staff still had the nerve to charge me for a bottle of water that I took from the bar despite me explaining what housekeeping did. Very disappointed in this hotel. Will not be back. "

"This is a lovely hotel if you’re truly looking to get away from it all. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the staff—their hospitality was genuine, warm, and always accompanied by friendly smiles. The property itself is beautiful, with a thoughtful layout that feels spacious and seamlessly blends the outdoors with the comfort of the hotel. Our room overlooked the pool with a slight view of the ocean, which added a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated all the essential amenities provided. The all-inclusive experience was enjoyable, with a good variety of restaurants and drinks. The food was solid overall, and we especially loved the coffee shop and the gelato selection. The beach is accessible but requires a bit of a walk. It’s relatively small, and seating can be limited, so it wasn’t a standout for us. Also, because the hotel is quite removed, visiting Cartagena requires additional planning and cost for taxis or shuttles. One of the highlights of our stay was the evening entertainment. The hotel lounge area was lively, and they did a wonderful job creating fun, engaging experiences each night for guests of all ages. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and disconnect—perfect if you’re seeking peace and a resort-style escape. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy at least once, though for us, it may not be a place we would return to."
