"Great location, modern nicely decorated room. Previous occupants shampoo/conditioner were left in the showe which left us wondering how thoroughly cleaned the shower had been. The walls are very thin between rooms & unfortunately we had incredibly noisy neighbours with loud music and loud voices. We did contact reception but there are no staff on site to deal with issues like that."

"Lots of shops and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk, and very close to the train and bus stations. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and well appointed (plenty of hangers and towels)."

"The hotel is in a good central location to walk to and explore Citta Alta and Citta Bassa in Bergamo. Room conditions were good, it was spacious and clean. Sufficient closet space, which is beginning to be a problem at hotels. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Wonderful evening view of the Venetian walls and Citta Alta.
