Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Basauri

"L'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Il y avait des toiles d'araignée au plafond de ma chambre. Le diner au restaurant n'était assez insipide. Le petit déjeuner à 16 euros n'était pas assez diversifié. Attention le parking est en plus ! Je suis arrivé à 19h et repartie le lendemain à 12h. J'ai payé 22 euros de frais de parking. Je trouve inacceptable de devoir payer en plus un parking alors que nous avons réservé une chambre. Ce devrait être un service offert par l'hotel."

"Had all the basics that were needed. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was extremely tight and quite difficult. Our room was clean, tidy, and had all the basics amenities. The bed felt a bit springy for us but alright if you are staying for just a quick night. We had a hard time with the AC, it just turned off from 2 AM to 5AM and the room became very hot so it was hard to fall back asleep. "We have upgraded to the Level each time we have stayed at the Melia. While the facility was very nice the amenities were lacking. Very little food options other than salty snacks. All of the other Melia’s Level have offered much more from a food perspective. While the room upgrade was very nice the overall experience was lacking due to the Level amenities."

"I'd say this hotel is a 3 star, not a 4. And it's starting to feel very dated and looking tired in the rooms. The Air Con was not functioning correctly in the room I was given, so it made for an uncomfortable sleep on a night after the temp had reached 38 celsius. Parking was overpriced but at least it was safe. The bathrooms felt a bit grubby, and the bedroom didn't make me feel clean either. Just a general sense of dirt and age. "The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again."
