"Very close to the metro that was very convenient for traveling all over Basel"

"Gr eat location. Super clean"

"It was extremely comfortable and quiet, with a lovely breakfast and welcoming staff. The staff also went above and beyond when they discovered I left a charging cable behind after I checked out. It was greatly appreciated!"

"We arrived in the evening and it looked like that there were no rooms left. Basler autumn fun fair was on and it was rather noisy. When we asked about a room not facing the fair - they said they were unable due to being fully booked up. The room met all our needs and had a kettle, safe and small fridge - all very useful for our stay of 8 days. Sadly none of the rooms in our price range had a...

"Overall clean nice hotel."

The staff on duty got us in earlier than scheduled and was utterly sweet. Hats off to you and your team of understanding polyglots. We had booked an upstairs/downstairs room. The novelty wore out quickly, because there was only one sink/bathroom upstairs. Not their fault. We learn. We were also fortunate that when we got in, there was a...
