The location is conveniently right off of the main route with access to all shopping, restaurants, and churches. Riccardo was the best. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He tried his best to communicate some in English to us since my Italian is not good. He did a wonderful job. "The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"
