"The studio was well maintained, secure, safe. The owners (Flavia and Lanfranco) are super nice people and picked us up at the airport when our flight was changed and late. You have use of a pool, a barbeque and there are multiple friendly cats. The refrigerator, micro, stove top, coffee maker all worked and helped us stay fed and prepare for the day. We walked to Antica archeological site. All good."

"Bed was very good. Room was clean. However, the shower drain was clogged, so had to wait for water to drain and adjust the flow in order to avoid flooding the room. Very bad experience at the restaurant. Tried to have dinner and even though the restaurant had most tables available, we were told that if we stay in the hotel we need a reservation (only available after 9pm) or can only eat at the bar where they only served gluten free pizza. After waiting for service at the bar for a while we left....

"We were a group of 13 traveling together. We booked 4 rooms. The only things I can say that are positive are that the rooms were clean, there was a shuttle to get us to and from the airport and it was cheap. However, there were so many negatives. First, there was no information on where to pick up the shuttle. We came in on the Leonardo Express. The phone number on the listing would not connect and no additional information was provided on how to contact them. A message to the hotel was sent...

"The room and space were very clean and well maintained. I was greeted at the apartment and shown my room and all the amenities in the shared space. There was a lovely balcony to take coffee or breakfast on. I unfortunately only stayed one night. Alessio assisted me via chats and was extremely helpful. I took the train from Rome which was very easy about 30 minute ride. There are many things to do and see in Ostia. Great seafood! I would return when summer is a bit more underway as I went in May....

"Definitely not a 5 star. In Europe stars are given like candy. A nice place to stay next to the airport, good food, rooms are super small. But a great 4 star experience. Nice spa experience."

"The staff are simply amazing. So nice and feels like family. Don’t miss the breakfast it is unbelievably good. Transportation to the airport with there van only takes 15 minutes. Nice restaurants an easy 20 minute walk to beach area."

"Room was clean and comfortable with A/C for our last night in Rome. Front desk staff arranged an airport shuttle for our early flight home, and even offered us take-away breakfast boxes since we had to leave before breakfast was served in the dining area. Loved having the shopping mall across the train tracks so we had things to do for the evening. Great restaurant options in the area. Only problem with the room was the shower door was hung backwards so when water sprayed onto it, the bathroom...
