"The property was very nice for my one-night stay. Very clean and the location was great for access to downtown San Antonio! If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs as the A/C unit in the bedroom was a bit loud. All in all, definitely recommend."

"The house itself is fine. Clean and good parking. The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap. They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit. So, be careful staining their towels "

"Breakfast was good although repetitive and fairly limited. For example, same thing every day. Sausage was tasty but never had bacon. I never found fruit. We did not use the pool. The employees were excellent and extremely helpful. Parking is a little pricey and the valet parking was slow at times. The hotel offers free drinks and a buffet every night which is highly unusual. We found the free drinks not to our liking, but the food was different each night and really only one item with salad...

Simple misses, but several: Sink faucets positioned too far back of the basin making it difficult the wash your hands; the mirror in the bathroom (with 2 sinks) is not wide enough while using the sink to see yourself, without leaning in to the left or right; room amenities- only 1 tiny waste basket for a full size suite; 0 luggage stands, 0...

"Too many people not enough staff. We wanted to go to the roof top and I wish I would have know before booking that it was rented out. We waited for our room for about an hour cause it was not ready. They did give us two complementary drinks but still the waiting and all the people waiting , dirty restroom. It was exhausting."
