"The property was very nice for my one-night stay. Very clean and the location was great for access to downtown San Antonio! If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs as the A/C unit in the bedroom was a bit loud. All in all, definitely recommend."

"The homeless next door at the McDonalds store could be problematic. I had one woman tapping on my window asking for money because she was hungry. I understand the plea for hunger but it was late at night, nobody else was around, and it was a little unnerving. The staff would be good to hire security at night."

"I have asked for a lower level because I am phobic and have a fear of heights. They put me on the 10th floor. Additionally, they charged me almost $90.00 for valet parking. Valet should be complementary for free and then you tip. Not get charged and tip. Also they scratch my passenger side mirror on my brand new 2026 vehicle."

"Our stay was nice. Just one problem, we stayed there 3 nights, our neighbors were loud. The walls are thin. For 2 nights we heard arguing and yelling. We just turned the tv on."

"Location Location Location for those site seeing. From the valet service to the front desk everyone was hospitable. There service at the restaurant and even the snack shop was fantastic. Everyone there was so friendly/attentive to your needs. Rooms where clean. The only down fall for me was the soft bed. I didnt get a good night rest. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this location to anyone."

"The spa is beautiful. However, the ladies showers could use a little more care. A couple of the showers were in need of a good scrubbing and disinfection. I absolutely loved the hotel and sweet room service on my Birthday! Snacks and acknowledgement of my birthday with a slice of cake delivered to my room."

"The Inn on the Riverwalk is a very nice property located on a street that dead ends at the riverwalk. There is almost no traffic and the area is nice and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared and was quite good. Overall, our stay was great."
