"Bereits bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer deutlich verschmutzt. Der Boden war voller Staub und Haare, wodurch ein sehr ungepflegter Eindruck entstand. Auch das Badezimmer war in einem extrem schlechten hygienischen Zustand. Die Toilette war stark verkalkt und sichtbar verschmutzt. Zusätzlich waren an der Wand Schmutzrückstände erkennbar. Das Waschbecken war ebenfalls nicht sauber. Trotz meiner Bitte um erneute Reinigung wurde keine ordentliche Nachbesserung vorgenommen. Ich habe zudem beobachtet,...

"The hotel is not in proper operation, it's outdated, had an odd, unfair conditioned small elevator. No air conditioning in lobby or room halls so you arrive being welcomed by irritated front desk staff. Hotel room A/C units were weak in the middle of summer, loud and has a bright light on your face while you sleep. The drapes are not room darkening either . The body towels are the size of large hand towels, a big joke. Don't bother to ask for additional items as the staff is unhelpful and...
