"When we arrived at 9 pm we were told that there was no ac and there hadn’t been any since the day before. We were told we could either get a refund or see if we could tolerate the heat in the room. One clerk told us we could get a discount , another one told us we could not. We were then told the manager would handle it in the morning. We stayed in the rooms, even though they were uncomfortable because the entire area was booked up. In the morning we asked about the discount but were told...
