"We paid for this on Expedia then were charged a breakages deposit at check in on top of what we had paid already.
This hasn’t been refunded despite attempts to contact the hotel directly and through Expedia.
Reception staff were rude also. Apartments are comfortable and well appointed but our hob was cracked and other damage noted which we took photos of in case deposit was withheld."

Espace suffisant
Grande salle de baipisci'e propre et bien entretenue
Pas de clim dommage car c'était la canicule. Un tout petit salon climatisé ( 2 fauteuils) dans le hall d'entrée

"Great host, great place. Not so close to Old Town, no walking distance, but great bus service nearby the property than facilitates moving around the greatness of Donostia, such a beautiful, clean, safe region to visit... best gastronomy!"

"Excelente hotel. El lugar está muy bonito, con una decoración agradable y muy bien cuidado. La habitaci ón es amplia, la cama muy cómoda y la ducha también es grande y funcional. En general, fue una estancia muy cómoda y agradable. Lo recomiendo mucho."
