They lost our dinner reservation at the on site restaurant after confirming it the SAME day. The waiter at the restaurant was very rude and dismissive. VERY LAME considering its really not such a high end place. They should not pretend like they are a fancy restaurant in Paris (actually I've never had a problem like this in Paris). "An amazing place to stay, wonderful setting and experience staying in an ancient castle. With a great host who was welcoming, serving great breakfast, providing good recommandation for diner. Note, we had an electric car and the owner was very accommodating and help us to charge the car every day."
