"Due to the brand of hotel, even though the room I paid was quite chip for my night, I still expected a 4* hotel service. It would be good that Expedia says clearly when there is a big security fee ... fortunately the casher/receptionist let me go in the room without the big fee, that I did not have! I am working for a humanitarian association, I was at the end of my trip, there were no money anymore... so all and all... the room was not great, but ok, the price was really great, but ok,... ohh...

"There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. "We booked this room to be close to the airport for an early flight. Shuttle was convenient and the staff waived the fee for us due to no response from the previous day’s inquiries and attempted phone calls. There is not much around the hotel to do or see or options for eating. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, room was spacious and staff was friendly. "
