We were able to check in early because our room was ready which was sooooo nice after an early flight. Room was clean, bathroom had soap which was great & staff was friendly. Was able to check in online before coming which was super helpful. Close to the train station. Definitely recommend if wanting to see Zurich for a day or two.

This hotel is great for business travelers that want a hotel that is close to the airport and also conveniently situated to affordable dining options - Subway, McDonalds and a great coffee shop, are all within walking distance. Despite closeness to the airport, the hotel is very quiet. It also has a fitness room and a spa for the more health conscious traveler. The room rates are very reasonable.

I was told not to expect the friendliest people when visiting the country but in the service industry, where there hosting international clients, the rudeness of the staff is staggering. Good thing they don't rely on tips here because they'd get none. Also my suspicion is true about the early morning nouse possible due to airline staff staying here. Quite busy for an early flight I guess but super noisy.

The room was clean but small and the shower was large with hot water. The room was not filled with the coffee and enough towels but the cleaning staff were helpful in providing the additional things we needed. The front desk staff was efficient but lacked personality. The food in the restaurant was mediocre but convenient.

They offer to pick you from from the airport to take you to the hotel. Otherwise, to go to the airport they charge 9 CHF per person. No free breakfast, no free parking. There was only one set of towels for one person, when the reservation was for two. Comfortable bed.

This location is very convenient for the airport and they also offer a shuttle for a reasonable price. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest train station so it makes it easy to get downtown as well. We were able to get into our room early which was very helpful as well.

Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel near the airport. Air conditioning was very good. A coffee maker was not found in the room, and when one was brought to us, it didn't work the next morning. Other than that detail, the stay was very comfortable.
