"The room was cool, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient with shops nearby. "The hotel needs a bit of attention. The cleaning standards was low imo and it also needs maintenance specifically around the lift areas and corridors. The room was ok, pretty basic but the bed was comfortable. The ac is probably on its last breath. The toilet was ok but there was no hot water. I could have told the reception but I did not want to move as we had a lot of unpacked luggage."

"The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together. The poolside area feels like paradise. "We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star."
