"The hotel is new. The room I stayed was very clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were very friendly. There is a big mall within 7-min walk. Getting a Grab ride to other places was very easy. I like the TV because it allows me to project my phone and laptop to it. The bed was comfortable."

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Montigo. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Elisabet who was always so lovely and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved our huge room with private pool to relax in! Loved the jetsking and ATV. Also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and beautiful restaurants on site. Overall we had a lovely stay and would come back again!"

"Got the room with the balcony, which was great. Dining at the hotel; buffet breakfast and dinner was great, good spread of varieties just shame that simple soft drinks such as Coke is not included with the buffet dinner. Hotel is also close and within walking distance from the reopened and revamp mall, which mean good dining options. Hotel is on the quieter side of Batam though, so meaning is farther away from the city center"
