"Room we booked wasn't what we got. Ordered the family room with 3 b da, got a room with 2 dou le beds. The coffee maker was gross, brought it up to the staff they brought us a new one...it was better but when we opened it up to use it, there was an earwig in it. Didn't use the coffee maker at all. The room was okay otherwise. The staff were nice, when they were on site. I ended up helping more people figure out if there was staff in site than I should have. I was a guest. "We really appreciated how the staff member came after dark when I put on my first comment to Expedia that the a/c wasn't working and room was hot. She knocked and offered to get it going. It was just a broken button but she said she didnt want us to be uncomfortable with the heat. Thank u"
