Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Bath

"Absolutely wonderful! We loved our host and appreciate his helpfulness and conversation!"

"The room was clean but it needs some updating. The bed was old and bathroom window needs to be covered from the light."

"So many of the staff we encountered were wonderfully welcoming and seemed happy to have us there. The food was of the utmost quality and even after a week, we hadn't tried all the breakfast options. On a map, the hotel appears not to be in the centre of things, and, while this is true, I was glad of it. It was usually no more than a 5-10 minute walk to anything that interested us but, beyond that, this meant we slept on a very quiet street with no exterior noise permeating the walls. This is...

"Gorgeous room and bathroom. Round the corner from the royal crescent. Lovely gardens to have a cocktail in. Highly recommend."

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location in Bath. We had a beautiful room and the facilities were delightful. The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth but staff were helpful in guiding us where we needed to go. One thing to note- the gym is very small, and dusty. We would love to return!"

"Everything perfect! I like the candy’s !"

"Enjoyable stay in a good location for exploring Bath. A bit awkward to find car parking nearby at busy times but otherwise all good."

"Superb facilities and service. Excellent gourmet breakfast! "

"We love the Gainsborough Hotel and it's somewhere we've visited on more than one occasion, due to the mineral pools that are part of the hotel's amenities. However, for the first time in our many visits, we were asked to pay an extra amount (£70 per person for 2 hours) to use the pools outside the guests' complimentary hours of 8-10am and 7-9pm. For four people, this would have added an extra £280 to our bill - rather a lot when the hotel rooms are already fairly expensive. This relatively new...

"Fantastic breakfasts. Perfect location and comfortable beds"

"Continent location and clean!"

"A lovely stay spoilt on the last day. After handing our room key back, the receptionist ran after us and accused us of not paying, despite me paying 2 weeks beforehand! They apologised and blamed Expedia for the mixup. It was rather embarrassing, so hey guys - Dont bother booking through Expedia!!"

"Great Breakfast"

"The stay was okay but basic amenities you have to pay extra for including towels :("

"Our stay at Windsor Townhouse was absolutely excellent. The accommodation was spotless, welcoming and comfortable, with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! Breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to Victoria and Katriona, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was also so thoughtful of them to look after our cases for us until it was time to leave, which made our departure so much easier. We...

"We were very excited about our stay in Bath, and chose a hotel close to the centre. We booked an upgraded room for more space, but when we got into the room we were incredibly disappointed by the state of it. The bedding had a large red stain on it which looked like blood, there was also a red stain on the bathroom counter and hairs all over the bathroom, as well as a shower which only had one door. The air con was on full blast and it was freezing and we couldn’t adjust the temp so just turned...

"Cheeky parking fee for people staying at the hotel , although spa visitors can have 4 hours free ? . You would think residents would get a little more respect"
