"Great breakfast! Our room was on the 4th floor with no lift. I’m 69 and struggled to get our bags to the room. Floor slanted at least 10 degrees. No hot water in the shower😳. Staff very nice - carried my bags down on departure and called cab to pick us up! Location outstanding - near train station and all attractions."

"The friendliest place ever, with a true inn experience, rooms above the pub, small but with an ensuite! Centrally located for trips to Bath, Bradford on Avon, even only 1 hour from Wales. Bed was comfortable, shower was wonderful. Mostly the people made us feel like family, so lovely."
