"Staff were very polite - but at check-in would have appreciated being told about amenities, eg breakfast, bar times , food, pool … instead nothing .. just given key to room and asked for card - i had to ask everything and was given very vague information. I’m sure its not normal protocol as most are probably return customer - but it would be nice to be offered information instead of having to ask everything … "

"Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint."

"Overall the stay was fine. There were several issues with Valet parking that were troubling. One of the biggest challenges was my car was incorrectly labeled which caused issues for the persons trying to retrieve the care. Additionally on one of my pick ups, I had a coat in the front seat. Two people when to retrieve the care. Thus, the person in the passenger seat sat on my coat on the ride back to the hotel. This was inappropriate in my opinion. "The room was clean and comfortable my only issue was the air conditioning didn’t work and when I went down to the lobby to get my problems resolved they just turn my air conditioning off… contacting the front desk was a task, the room phone didn’t work and nobody answered when I called off my phone.
