Room was good and clean
Lobby couches had stains: not sure about chairs and carpet.
Breakfast wasn’t great, and they didn’t restock very well and it got messy and the staff just stood around. After a while 2 of them started cleaning but did not do a great job and didn’t get everything, and they did not restock.
Lobby staff needs help
When I checked in waited some time no was at the front desk. I went to the manger office in back knocked on door no one. So I called see if anyone would come up after couple of mins a lady did come up to the desk.
Need at lease on weekends someone at desk all the time and someone who can run to guest at there rooms for different things. This lady seem like she was doing both..general managers needs to see that.
Had a man I told him I was checking out; then after I told them he said something to me and then started talking to another staff person while “ he was helping me” then points his finger at me said hold on.
