"Room was clean and had a nice sized refrigerator and freezer. Del at check in counter was kind and helpful. They do NOT have a hot tub anymore, but pool was fun for the kids. Breakfast was good, kids loved the pancake makers. "

"The staff never answered the phone and because the elevator did not work I had to make several trips to complain about my room. The water did not drain from the sink and they said it’s a known issue, which was not acceptable. The hall smelled like smoke, which crept under the door. The worst was that the heating unit was unplugged, which I thought was odd, but it still didn’t work after plugging it in. This was a major issue because it was cold and they claimed to have no other rooms available. It was not fixed during the stay and I was only offered a $40 credit. I would never stay here again. "
